[career.challenge] Challenge yourself to new ideas

On each project, try to learn at least one new technology that you have never seen before, or try a different development approach.  The new idea should be in the best interests of the project, of course, but put yourself under some pressure or you will forget how to learn.

This goes for free bench time too.
