If you are coming in at 10am and leaving at 4pm, taking long lunches and coffee breaks without really accomplishing anything, chances are you are a slack programmer.  

Perhaps the other developers on the team are covering for you and cursing you with every other breath.  They won't forget you, so either be fully committed to a project or ask to switch to another project and make everyone's lives easier.
